I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Frank and Christian offered me recommendations for food and activities. The facilities were clean and spacious. I also appreciated that Christian prepared a takeaway breakfast for me before my early tour.
The drilling and breaking began before 7am, disruptive. I believe this information should be transparently displayed.

The location was excellent. i could easily walk to many spots (such as the thang long water puppet theatre, a mere 3 minutes away). the staff was also excellent. They were polite and always ready to assist with anything i needed.

A Romantic Getaway

The hotel's rooftop pool had a fine view. I enjoyed sipping cocktails by it. The breakfast buffet offered many delicious options. I found both Vietnamese and Western dishes that delighted me. The spa massage relieved all my stress. It was a perfect way to end a day of exploring.
The fitness center equipment seemed a little outdated. Some machines needed maintenance, which limited my workout options.
