attentive staff breakfast buffet small gym slow elevator
the staff were attentive. they remembered my name after the first day. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of both local and international dishes.
the gym was smaller than i expected. it only had a few pieces of equipment. the elevator was sometimes slow during peak hours! i had to wait a few minutes on occasion.

friendly staff helpful staff clean facilities early drilling missing information
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Frank and Christian offered me recommendations for food and activities. The facilities were clean and spacious. I also appreciated that Christian prepared a takeaway breakfast for me before my early tour.
The drilling and breaking began before 7am, disruptive. I believe this information should be transparently displayed.

Really good Service and Prime Location
great location helpful staff
The location was excellent. i could easily walk to many spots (such as the thang long water puppet theatre, a mere 3 minutes away). the staff was also excellent. They were polite and always ready to assist with anything i needed.

A Romantic Getaway
fine view delicious options
The hotel's rooftop pool had a fine view. I enjoyed sipping cocktails by it. The breakfast buffet offered many delicious options. I found both Vietnamese and Western dishes that delighted me. The spa massage relieved all my stress. It was a perfect way to end a day of exploring.
The fitness center equipment seemed a little outdated. Some machines needed maintenance, which limited my workout options.

The hotel is close to many attractions. It is a short walk to Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre. You can also easily reach Den Ngoc Son and Ho Hoan Kiem lake.

The staff remembered my name and preferences. They provided ginger tea. It was after I arrived from the airport after a rain delay. They also arranged a free ride to the airport. They wanted to ensure my comfort.

Tracy at the front desk offered helpful local tips. These tips made navigating the area much easier. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices. The rooftop swimming pool provided a relaxing space.
